  • Workshops:
    • Coaching You into Your Next Career is a program that is designed to assist people who have either been affected by organization downsizing, completion of school and/or economic downturn. It contains four modules that build on each other to build the participants confidence as well as assistance them in connecting with employers.
    • The MBTI (Myers Brigs Type Indicator) workshop assists the individual in self determining their strengths and weakness and allows them to decide how they can best overcome their weakness and capitalize on their strengths. This is a 2-day workshop in self discovery and achievement.
    • The Interviewing and Style workshop is a 2-day workshop. At the end of this workshop the individual will have the confidence to interact with potential employers as well as such for opportunities that is different from their previous jobs.
    • The Moment of Being is a 2-day workshop teaches people how to focus in the moment. It has been determine that success starts with the individual's ability to focus clearly in the current moment. Not reliving the past or worrying about the future. Robert Lowe, the writer of "Improvisation, Inc", makes the case for training in techniques that allow us to focus totally in the present. The ability to do this allows individuals to be innovative and increase profitability which allows organizations to develop projects which will have the "right" people with the life skills necessary to take these projects from conception to inception.
    • Diversity - a World of Change is a 1-day workshop which demonstrates the importance of being accepted and accepting people from a diverse backgrounds, Disabilities, lifestyles, age groups, and sexual orientation. We learn how to allow individuals to tell us who they are and not pre-judge them or tell them who we think they are or should be. Liz Winfeld in her Book "A Trainer's Guide to Training Tough Topics" makes the case that if our ability to be trusted and to trust others rest in how comfortable we feel in being open and honest about whom we are. In today's work environment in order for organizations and individuals to be successful, we must be able to put fear and distrust aside and focus on the task at hand. At the end of the workshop participants will have the tools to successfully interact with a diverse group of people
